Preparation is not statutory inspection
A readiness review can assemble records, identify missing information and organize site access. It does not issue a Certificate of Inspection Permit or replace an integrity assessment by the appropriate qualified or authorized party. MITEY authorization and inspection credentials have not been verified for this preview.
Assemble the equipment record
Collect nameplate information, registration documents, manufacturer’s data report, inspection permit, previous reports and repair history. Add water-treatment records and operating logs relevant to the inspector’s requested scope.
Confirm the inspection plan
Contact ABSA or your applicable authorized inspection organization to establish requirements, timing and preparation. There is no single universal inspection interval for all boilers. Cooling, draining, isolation and access must follow the approved site procedure and inspector requirements.
