A scope that reflects the region
Central Alberta combines manufacturing, agricultural processing and building heating applications. Capture both batch peaks and base load so the equipment brief reflects the actual operating cycle.
What to put in the project brief
Compare service access, parts strategy and maintenance windows alongside capacity. For multi-building sites, account for distribution losses and the condition of the existing water or steam network.
- Are loads seasonal, batch-driven or continuous?
- What is the condition of the distribution system?
- How will service access and spare parts be managed?
Provincial requirements travel with the project
Identify applicable registration, inspection and operating requirements early. Confirm the responsible organizations and authorization scope for the actual work. Temporary, relocated or imported equipment needs its own review.
This page describes project considerations. It does not establish a local office, a contractor network, equipment stock or guaranteed response times.
